One someone asks us on a plane or in a meeting room what “we do” the answer is “we help organizations increase sales and improve profits”. Everyone can clearly see why you would want to do that and what success then looks like. Sometimes people see loyalty as a “points program” and a “warm fuzzy” with no definable business benefit. We don’t see it that way. We see the reduced costs (improved profits) involved in delivering goods and services to those clients who are:

  • and have some probability to buy again from you in the future.

These customers of yours are incredibly special and you should treat them that way.
